Do you actually come this far south?
Yes. Jackson and Wellston are both inside our Google service area and we work them. It is a longer run than Zanesville, so we schedule around it rather than dropping in, but the price is the price.
My roof already has two layers of shingles. What now?
Tear-off. Metal clips to the deck, so the deck has to be sound and flat, and you cannot know either through two layers of asphalt. We quote the tear-off and a per-sheet rate for replacement decking, and you only pay for the sheets that were actually bad.
Can you roof a manufactured or modular home?
We do a lot of them out in the county. The framing carries metal easily — it is lighter than the shingle coming off — and the result is a roof that outlives the rest of the structure rather than needing doing again in fifteen years.
What about barns and outbuildings?
Exposed-fastener ribbed panel is the right call on a barn or a lean-to, and it costs considerably less than standing seam. We will quote whichever fits the building rather than putting the expensive system on everything.
