Are you really covering this far south?
Meigs County is on our Google service area and we work it. It is the longest run we make, so we schedule around it rather than fitting it in, and we will tell you honestly what the next realistic window is.
My house is tight against the hill with no room beside it. Is that a problem?
It is a Pomeroy and Middleport speciality and we plan for it. We look at the approach when we come out, and if the staging has to be done differently that goes in the quote rather than surfacing on install day.
Will metal help with the damp on the shaded side?
Considerably. The north slope of an asphalt roof near the river stays wet, grows moss and loses granules there first. Metal gives moss nothing to root into and has no granules to lose.
Do you work on farm buildings as well as houses?
Yes, and out here it is a good share of the work. Exposed-fastener ribbed panel is usually the right call on a barn and costs a lot less than standing seam — we quote what suits the building.
